These Terms of Service govern your use of abtdevservices.com, its resources, forms and client portal, operated by ABT Dev Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (“ABT”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them for it. Effective date: 27 October 2026.
1. How our policies fit together
-
These terms cover the public website and the client portal.
-
Our Client Services Policy and your signed proposal, statement of work or agreement cover custom projects such as websites, apps, software, design, marketing and AI work.
-
Our Software Products & Subscription Terms cover Qalamora, DishRoute and MandiKhata.
-
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Support & Maintenance Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Security page apply alongside them.
If documents conflict, a signed agreement prevails, then the product-specific or service policy, then these terms.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site, share links and contact us for legitimate purposes. You must not: attempt unauthorised access to the site, portal or any system (an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016); interfere with or overload the service; introduce malicious code; scrape the site in a way that burdens it; impersonate anyone; or submit unlawful, infringing or misleading material. We may block access that threatens the site or other users.
3. Enquiries, forms and proposals
Forms record your submission in our CRM and notify our team by email. A success message confirms we received it; it does not create a contract or oblige us to take on work. Information on the website, including service descriptions, case studies, sample prices and product plans, is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. A proposal or estimate is valid for the period it states, or 30 days if none is stated, and becomes binding only when both parties accept it in writing or you pay the invoice that refers to it. Electronic acceptance, including email confirmation and portal approval, is valid under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.
4. Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are created by our team or by invitation for clients and their authorised staff. Keep sign-in details confidential, use a strong password and enable two-factor sign-in where offered. You are responsible for activity under your account and for removing access for people who leave your organisation. Tell us immediately at support@abtdevservices.com if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account to protect security or where invoices are seriously overdue, and we will tell you why.
5. Prices, invoices and payments
Prices are quoted in Pakistani rupees or US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, such as sales tax on services and withholding tax, unless stated. Invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice, normally 7 days. Payment methods are listed on each invoice; we do not collect card details on this website. Late payment may pause work or service as described in our Client Services Policy and Software Products & Subscription Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics, code, product names and logos, including ABT Dev Services, Qalamora, DishRoute and MandiKhata, belong to ABT or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and trademark law. You may view pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts, reuse our branding, or imply our endorsement without written permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set by your agreement and our Client Services Policy. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; client names and work are shown with permission or from public sources.
7. Articles and resources
Blog posts, guides, insights and reports are general information. They are not legal, financial, security or technical advice for your situation. Check dates and get professional advice before relying on them.
8. External links
Links to product websites, partners, app stores, payment gateways and social networks are for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every statement on the site is complete or current. Service levels for paid work and products are set only in the relevant agreement or plan.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ABT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the public website, and our total liability arising from the website alone is limited to PKR 50,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, including under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005.
11. Indemnity
If you misuse the website or portal, or submit material that infringes someone else’s rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses this causes ABT.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, unless a signed agreement provides for arbitration. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website and our services change; the date above shows the current version, and changes apply from the time they are published. Questions: contact@abtdevservices.com, +92 3714353873, or 1st Floor TMS, Badami Bagh, Lahore, Pakistan.
